Transform your spoken English through a complete six-level journey designed to take you from foundational communication to confident, flexible, and natural conversation.
The program includes all six levels of the MET American English Conversation Program. Each five-week level provides 20 hours of core conversation training and 10 hours of Fluency Boost practice, giving you a total of 180 live training hours.
Across the full journey, you will actively learn and practise 2,700 vocabulary items, phrasal verbs, and idioms used in everyday spoken American English. You will also receive continuous feedback on pronunciation, grammar, accuracy, fluency, and overall speaking performance.
Students progress through the levels in order and receive an official MET certificate after successfully completing each level.
